This review is the worst I have ever seen. I dont remember seeing such an engaging movie in an Indian language for a long time. I feel this is fabulous job by all. Review is not honest
Extra ordinary performance of Mammootty
For me the story was not as per expectations that got from the reviews of others. All has performed very well but something was missing and there was a lag.
തിരക്കേറിയ ഒരു ആഴ്ച അവസാനം തീരെ നിനച്ചിരിക്കാതെ ഒരു ഞായറാഴ്ച സിനിമ എന്ന ആശയം മനസ്സിൽ എത്തിയതും, മൾട്ടഇപ്ളക്സിൻറ ഓൺലൈൻ സൈറ്റിൽ ബുക്കിംഗ് ചെയ്തത് മാത്രമേ ഓർമ്മ ഉള്ളൂ. ഭ്രമയുഗവും പ്രേമലുവും വടംവലി റിവ്യൂകൾ മാറിമാറി തപ്പി.കാര്യമായ എവിടെയും കാണാൻ ഇല്ല.കളക്ഷൻ മണി വാർത്തകൾ മാത്രം.<br/> ഓ,ഈ ബ്ലാക്ക് ആൻഡ് വൈറ്റ് മഹാ ബോറല്ലേ ? അതും മുഴുനീളം സിനിമ കറുപ്പും വെളുപ്പും. കഥ അപ്പോൾ സമകാലിക ആകില്ല എന്ന് സാരം. വേണ്ട, പ്രേമലു തന്നെ മതി. ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ ആയി നോക്കുമ്പോൾ പകുതിയിൽ അധികം സീറ്റുകൾ ഒഴിഞ്ഞു കിടക്കുന്നു! എങ്കിൽ പിന്നെ ഭ്രമരത്തിൻറ ബുക്കിംഗ് സ്റ്റാറ്റസ് നോക്കീട്ട് തന്നെ! അതാ അവസാനത്തെ നിര ഏതാനും സീറ്റുകൾ മാത്രം കാലിയുണ്ട്. <br/> ഓഹോ, അപ്പോൾ അങ്ങനെ ആണ് കാര്യം. എങ്കിൽ പിന്നെ മമ്മൂക്കാൻറ മേക്കോവർ കണ്ടിട്ടേ ഉള്ളു കാര്യം. ബുക്കിംഗ് ചെയ്തു ഉറങ്ങാൻ കിടന്നപ്പോഴും തിരച്ചിലോട് തിരച്ചിൽ; എന്തെങ്കിലും ഒരു ക്ലൂ ഇല്ല ഒന്നുമില്ല.മമ്മൂക്കാൻറ അടാർ അഭിനയത്തെ പറ്റിയുള്ള അഭിപ്രായങ്ങൾ മാത്രം.<br/> ഞായറാഴ്ച രാവിലെ ഏതാനും മിനിട്ടുകൾ വൈകി തിയറ്ററിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോഴേക്കും, വഴിതെറ്റി വന്ന വഴിയാത്രക്കാരൻ തേവൻ മനയ്ക്കൽ എത്തിയിരുന്നു.<br/> അവിടുന്നങ്ങോട്ട് ഓരോ സെക്കന്റും പ്രേക്ഷകനെ പിടിച്ചിരുത്തുന്ന ആകാംക്ഷയുടെ, അതിസാധാരണത്വത്തിൻറ മിതത്വത്തിൻറ ആസ്വാദനത്തിന്റെ ഒരു അപൂർവ വിരുന്ന് സമ്മാനിക്കുന്നത് ആയിരുന്നു ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ പകുതി.<br/> എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ആണ് ഈ പഴയ കെട്ടിടം ഇത്രമേൽ വൃത്തിഹീനമായി കാണപ്പെടുന്നത് എന്ന തുടക്കം മുതലുള്ള സംശയത്തിന് രണ്ടാം പകുതിയോടെ നിവൃത്തിയായി.പൈശാചികത്വത്തെ പ്രതീകവൽക്കരിക്കാൻ വൃത്തിഹീനമായ ചുറ്റുപാടിനേക്കാൾ മികച്ച മറ്റെന്താണ് ഉള്ളത്? <br/> എന്നിരുന്നാലും രണ്ടാം പകുതിയിൽ, ദൈവവും,പിശാചും,മനുഷ്യനും തമ്മിലുള്ള സംഘർഷത്തിന്റെ സാധ്യതകളെ കുറച്ചുകൂടി ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തമായിരുന്നു എന്നു തോന്നി.ഒരുപക്ഷേ, ചാത്തൻ ഇപ്പോഴും തെങ്ങിൽ തന്നെയുള്ള സ്ഥിതിക്ക് ഒരു രണ്ടാം ഭാഗത്തിനുള്ള പ്രതീക്ഷ ബാക്കി വച്ചതും ആവാം.
