Abraham Ozler is one of the latest additions to the Indian Malayalam cinema. The crime-themed movie started its theatrical run on January 11, 2024. Initially, the film was set to release on big screens on December 25, 2024. However, the makers postponed the release date due to stiff competition with movies like Dunki, Salaar, etc.
With only a budget of $723K, Abraham Ozler has been deemed a super hit due to its $4.9 million worldwide collection. In addition, the crime thriller has also been highly praised by fans and critics. As the anticipation grows among the viewers, they eagerly await the OTT release of Abraham Ozler, seemingly just around the corner.

For those who might not know, this flick featured Jayaram as the centric character and Mammootty’s extended cameo appearance. It also features Anaswara Rajan, Arjun Ashokan, Anoop, and others in supportive roles.
The narrative of this Malayalam thriller is based on the life of Abraham Ozler (Jayaram), who is a veteran cop. His life witnessed a turn of horrific events when he started following a serial killing case that involved the murder of an IT employee.
Amid the buzz, recent reports claimed that Abraham Ozler is expected to make its much-awaited digital arrival in March 2024. As of writing, no tentative date has been revealed.
Earlier, the OTT version was rumored to be released on February 9, 2024. Later, February 16 was suggested as the potential date for the digital debut, but neither of the reports came to fruition. In addition, Amazon Prime Video is the expected platform for its digital arrival.

It will be intriguing to see how Jayaram’s thriller will perform in the OTT version after a booming run.
