The upcoming movie is going to be an album with no songs.
Having worked with top-tier stars like Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Vijay, and Ajith, Anirudh has already proved himself to be the powerhouse of the Tamil film industry. But the young talent of Tamil cinema isn't restricted to the Tamil film industry; recent announcements saw him foray into Telugu cinema. Anirudh will be composing music for the upcoming thriller Vijay Deverakonda, stepping away from his conventional musical ventures.

The movie, which is promoted as a high-adrenaline thriller in the vein of Karthi's 'Kaithi', stars Vijay Devarakonda as a cop. The director has envisioned the film with a very fast-paced narrative; hence, the movie was conceptualized without conventional song sequences. Anirudh will be passionately dedicating himself to the background score to lift the film's intense ambiance.

Although the exclusion of Anirudh's songs from previous films may come as a shock to many, the anticipation for the film's background score remains high.
