HanuMan has created quite a stir among cinephiles with its unique plot and theme. The latest Tollywood movie is a blend of fantasy and mythology with the right amount of action and drama. Teja Sajja led the movie, which was released on January 12, 2024. Despite facing tough competition from Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram, HanuMan took the lead in the race. The movie’s collection has gone so high that it has now entered the Top 10 highest Telugu grosser list in India.
Prasanth Varma has directed HanuMan, while Primeshow Entertainment has bankrolled it. The film follows the story of Hanumanthu, a young man who gains the powers of Lord Hanuman. As a result, he uses his powers to protect his sister and the villagers. The audience is praising the film widely.
Telugu movies have a separate fanbase across the world. The movies are reaching new heights for their massive action and drama. According to a report by Pinkvilla, HanuMan has also entered the top 10 highest-grossing Tollywood movies list at the Indian box office. The top spot is taken by SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus, Baahubali: The Conclusion. The director’s record-shattering flick RRR is in the second position, followed by Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire.
Several star-studded movies are on the list, which has been recently joined by HanuMan in ninth place. The film has allegedly minted a whopping $24.9 million at the Indian box office.
