1. Guntur Kaaram


If you're looking for a weekend filled with the mesmerizing charm and charisma of Superstar Mahesh Babu, then don't miss out on Guntur Kaaram. This film, featuring Mahesh in the lead role, revolves around the journey of an abandoned son who yearns to reunite with his mother, now a minister in the state. 
The movie depicts the story of a rebellious Ramana who is distanced from his mother and compelled by his grandfather to sever all ties with her. Written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, this marks his 3rd collaboration with the lead actor, offering a commercial entertainer that, like their previous works, delves into the complexities of family relationships.
The film features a talented ensemble cast, including Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishna, Jayaram, Rao Ramesh, Rahul Ravindran, and more in pivotal roles. The film is available for streaming on Netflix since 9th February 2024.
2. Hi Nanna


Hi Nanna is a romantic drama film featuring Natural Star Nani in the lead role. The film is not only a must-watch for romantic movie lovers but also a worthy entry on your watchlist if you adore a well-written and emotional father-daughter relationship.
The movie tells the story of Viraj, a fashion photographer and single dad, raising his 6-year-old daughter Mahi. Mahi has a respiratory illness, which makes Viraj a caring but strict father. Despite their happy life together, Mahi is unaware of her mother's identity, a topic Viraj avoids.
One day, Mahi runs away from home and narrowly escapes a truck accident, thanks to Yashna. Yashna's presence prompts Viraj to finally open up about Mahi's mother, shaping the film.

Balu, a young man, resides with his adoptive parents until he discovers the truth about his biological father, Maha Kaleshwar Reddy. Tragically, his father, an MLA in Rayalaseema, gets murdered, igniting a desire for revenge within Balu.
Srikanth Reddy directs this film, which also showcases the talented Malayalam actor Joju George as the primary antagonist. Alongside them, the movie boasts a stellar cast including Sreeleela, Aparna Das, Jayaprakash, Radhika Sarathkumar, Suman, Sadha, and many other notable actors in pivotal roles.
5. Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire


Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire is definitely a powerhouse among the latest Telugu movies you can stream on Netflix. This Prabhas-led film offers a perfect blend of adrenaline-pumping action, engaging storytelling, and awe-inspiring heroic scenes.
The film starring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead roles is set in the fictional dystopian city-state of Khansaar and focuses on the relationship between two friends Deva and Varadha. Varadha, the heir to the throne in Khansaar, faces threats from his foes who aim to overthrow him. In order to protect himself, he enlists the help of his closest friend, who is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure his friend's safety.
Director Prashanth Neel's first film, Ugramm, featuring Srii Murali in the lead role, serves as the foundation for this movie. It is the initial installment of a two-part film series, with the sequel titled Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryaanga Parvam. The Prabhas starrer has been available for streaming on Netflix since 20th January 2024.
