STEVENS POINT, Wis. (WSAW) - If you have kids in the Stevens Point Area School District that are off from school on Monday, The Portage County Public Library has an event to keep them entertained.
They will be showing the kids movie DC League of Super Pets at the Stevens Point branch. It starts at 1p.m. People at the library say they’re excited to have this event for the community.
“It’s part of our mission, we want to provide the community with things that they can enjoy as a family, and for the parents, that also gives them something to do on a day off from school with the kids, Take the kids somewhere and time together with their family,” said Larry Oathout, Library Director at Portage County Public Library.
The movie is in the pinery room. That is on the first floor of the library. It’s completely free and there will even be snacks.
The Portage County Public Library is located at 1001 Main St, Stevens Point.
