Louisville Slugger Field is always a popular spot for Thunder Over Louisville, and it's usually preceded by a Bats game, but that won't be the case this year.
Instead, Slugger Field is hosting a music festival leading up to Thunder Over Louisville, which is on April 20 this year.
The lineup will feature JD Shelburne, Juice Box Heroes and The Crashers.

Those who purchase tickets for the event will be able to exit and reenter the ballpark throughout the day.
Tickets for the new event will go on sale on Feb. 1, with prices starting at $30.
