Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s Tillu Square is hitting the big screens this Friday. This much-awaited sequel has been delayed due to reshoots. In an interview, Naga Vamsi was asked why the film has undergone so many reshoots.
Naga Vamsi said, “It shouldn’t be called reshoots. I will explain the process. Siddhu is the writer, and when he completes writing something, he cannot say if the scenes will work or not when they are translated onto the big screen. During the discussion stage, we may feel those scenes to be good, but the humor might not work as intended when we check the footage. The portions which don’t work will be reworked.”
Naga Vamsi continued, “This is the process of this Tillu franchise. It is not about making a film again or reshooting it. It’s just that we chalk out all the good portions of the shoot and make it into a film.”
